Operator, not marketplace
Every driver and guide on your day trip is on our own team — never subcontracted out. If a flight is delayed or plans shift on the day, there is no third party to call: it is us, on the phone, within the hour.

The team
We run day trips and short excursions from Marrakech, Fes, Casablanca and the coast — Agafay, Ourika, Ouzoud, Essaouira, Aït Ben Haddou, Volubilis. We operate every excursion ourselves: out by morning, back by night, with one team and one phone number.

Where days begin
Our story · in plain language
Drive every excursion ourselves rather than resell someone else's. Pick you up at your door, time the day so you beat the coaches to the dunes and the waterfalls, stop for lunch in a village kitchen we actually eat in — then charge a transparent fee on top of the real cost.
We stay deliberately small. We run a limited number of day trips each day, many of them for travellers who came back for a second and a third. We are slow to scale and fast to answer the phone.
"If we wouldn't take our own family on that day trip next Tuesday — same road, same lunch stop — we don't sell it to you. That's the whole standard."
What we believe
These aren't marketing lines. They are the four arguments we have had repeatedly across a thousand early-morning pickups — and the answers we have settled on, after eleven years on the road.
Every driver and guide on your day trip is on our own team — never subcontracted out. If a flight is delayed or plans shift on the day, there is no third party to call: it is us, on the phone, within the hour.
Our driver-guides grew up in these valleys and on this coast. They know which café in Ourika serves before the coaches arrive and where the light hits the Agafay dunes at sunset — knowledge no map gives you.
We spend lunch money in family-run village kitchens, pay fair driver day-rates and keep our desert and waterfall routes low-impact. Every supplier is paid within days — not the months the industry normalises.
Real ground costs plus a transparent fee, itemised before you pay. Pickup, fuel, entry fees and your English-speaking guide are spelled out — no hidden margins, no surprise upsells on the road.
Eleven years on the road
Two friends with one car, running Agafay sunsets and Ourika waterfall days for guests staying in the Marrakech medina. The idea: get people out at dawn and back by dinner, and drive every trip ourselves.
We stop borrowing cars from cousins. Six career driver-guides join on full salary — the same six who still run our Atlas, Agafay and Essaouira days today.
Borders close and the roads empty. We keep the whole team on payroll, scout new village-lunch stops nobody's driving to yet, and build the hour-by-hour timing we plan every excursion around now.
After years of requests we add departures from Fes and Casablanca — Volubilis and Meknes day trips, the blue lanes of Chefchaouen, coastal runs to Essaouira — all driven directly, like everything else.
We have deliberately stayed the same small size. Slow to scale, fast to answer the phone, out by morning and back by night.

The team behind the wheel
Two who plan the routes, six career driver-guides — and a circle of village hosts, local guides and cooks we work with on every trip. We deliberately don't grow past what we can hold in one WhatsApp thread.

Six career driver-guides, on payroll since 2017.

The family kitchens and cooks behind every lunch stop.

The Agafay camel handlers and sunset-dinner team.
Begin a conversation
A few lines about which city you're staying in, your dates, and what you'd love to see — desert, mountains, coast or medina. That is genuinely enough for us to write back with the right excursions and a real, itemised quote within one working day.
